fifa 16 doesen't load up :(

i need help !

when i launch fifa 16 (dvd) it comes load up 5mins then a black screen comes up then exit to the xbox home !!

Hi I am a excerpt with this what you do if its a disk you take it put a new game in and then take it out and put fifi 16 in, another option is turn off the xbox for one hour then turn back on if it still doest work at the point check
the wifi and if wifi is working then check if it needs a update after all that is done and still not working take the game or contact fifi

Do you have other active Xbox profiles loaded on your console? Hopefully, you haven't inadvertently redeemed FIFA through someone else's account.

I'd also give your console a
hard restart for any strange behavior happening on the Xbox.

I am having exactly the same problem. Xbox Stores error window says "can't load fifa 16"

Also, there were some delays in FIFA 16. Gameplay is not brakes. The problem of long loads. Where once the scene changed instantly, and now there is a loading of 5-15 seconds.

Console only 6 months. Tell me what to do to return the previous performance.
