FIFA 16 digital copy redeeming - something went wrong

The digita code of Fifa 16 that came with a brand new Xbox One console, always kicks me back with the Something went wrong message and with error code:

First i tried via my browser than on my console both giving me the something went wrong, and now the browser says they can't find my code. I also tried changing my region, the default was hungarian, but i got the same message.

I'm trying to play Fifa 16, however when I try and launch the game it reads 'something went wrong' every time! Whats going on?!?!?!

I have the same exact problem, region Belgium

 

Alot of people seem to be having this issue, I'm guessing EA have blocked all codes for FIFA after so many people got in earlier

 

same here in italy, error SVC60017. I bought the game bundled with xbox on amazon... so how long do we need to wait to get this code to work? i want to pre download the game -.-

 

Also the early access are nearing and it's really frustrating because i bought it to start playing as soon as possible but can't even redeem the game...

 

I called my country's xbox support, they checked it, the code is good and active, but it can only be redeemed after the game is officially released that is sept.24 in my country. Its a bummer because only the digitally bought pre-order versions are that
can be downloaded not the one that comes bundled with the console. TBH this is pretty sad...
