FIFA 16 code redemption

I purchased an Xbox one 1TB FIFA 16 bundle. Redeemed code and message seemed to say the game would download, but I cannot find it on my console under games or in queue and cannot find the redemption in my account history. Tried redeeming code again but message
said code already used.

Quantum Break Promo Code

I purchased Quantum Break on May 16, 2016 and was supposed to receive a digital download redemption code for Alan Wake and it dlc. I have not received any redemption codes.

For clarification, when did you pre-order FiFA 16? After you pre-order FIFA 16 it will take 7-10 days before you receive your EA access code. For more information check the FIFA

Does the game show up here?
account.xbox.com/MyGames

If so, go to My Games & Apps and scroll to the far right and there should be an area called "Ready to Install". Let it sit for a few minutes and it should populate with content. When you see Fifa 16, highlight it and press A to begin downloading.
