FIFA 16 Chemistry Glitch, refund.

Hello. Recently a 'chemistry glitch' has been found on FIFA 16. This means that upgraded cards were not upgraded, I bought the packs thinking the cards were upgraded, since the issue has only just come to light, therefore, this is false advertisement.
Many people have received partial/full refunds of FIFA Points because of this issue. Since we paid for packs throughout the year thinking we will get special cards but in fact because of the chemistry they perform as good or even worse than the normal cards
that we would not have to pay for.

Compensation for FIFA 16 Glitch

Hello games team,

I would also like to receive a compensation for the Chemistry bug in which other gamers owning FIFA 16 already did. Already reported the matter to Ivane (Senior Chat Specialist). Hoping for your immediate response.

cannot provide refunds for any content here on the forums.

As this was an engineering glitch within the game, and not with the purchases, you will need to reach out to EA for further information. It appears, based on that link you've provided, they have already resolved this issue over a month ago. Because there
is no further issue with these packs, and because we do not control the in-game items, we will be unable to assist further here on the forums.

How does this make sense? Primarilly I went to the live chat and they sent me here, so why would they send me here if you have no power? Other people have recieved refunds because this problem consists of misadvertising and I know I am entitled to a refund.
The packs are faulty and EA said to go to Microsoft for a refund and the FIFA Points are off your console and store.

 

Unfortunately phone/chat support have a habit of sending people here when they don't know what to do.

No one here has access to your account or billing info,only phone/chat support have that info & are the only ones who can issue refunds.
