    Hello, I own an Xbox one and a digital version of fifa 15 (bought as a pack) and I lost my redeem code, after finishing updating me xbox I realised I don't have the game anymore. I'd like to know if there's any way of redownloading the game again. Thanks

    Can you clarify for me -- Did you previously redeem the code on your console to download FIFA 15?

    Only after you formatted/updating your system the game was no longer visible in your game list? Is that correct? Or are you saying that you never redeemed the code but have since lost the card with the code on it?

    Yes, I did. But the account with which I bought and downloaded the game was not mine and I can't remember the email. After I updated the xbox and logged with my new account the wasn't there

    Unfortunately, purchases are bound to the user account who makes the purchase or redeems the code. Unless you know the profile which has the purchase and can subsequently log back into that profile on your console you will not be able to obtain the content
    using your new account.

    If you do remember the logon information for the other account then you can simply sign in with that profile; then set your console as that profiles 'Home Console' download the content and then all profiles including your newly created one can log in and
    access it again. Worst case you can try and recover the account if you remember any part of the details.

    I have the same problem. Quite often, the image starts to jittering, it is independent of a network connection. Probably Fifa 15 is not very optimized. But It upsets, I bought a new console and now FPS in fifa 15 lower than fifa 15 on xbox 360.
