FIFA 15

Hello. I keep trying to open FIFA 15 on my xbox one but it keeps displaying a message asking if I own the game. We entered a 25 digit code for the game, it downloaded and now we can't open the game?

Purchased this xbox one bundle with a fifa 15 download code , looking to sell the console , what happens with fifa 15 ?

Can the new buyer play fifa 15 or is it tied to my gamertag ??

 

Are you using the same profile that redeemed the code? If not, do that and see if the game works.

I think I have figured out the problem.

We already had an xbox account from our 360. Yesterday morning in our boys haste to get his new xbox one set up, he created a new account and redeemed the game using the newly set up account.

Today we spoke to Microsoft and managed to get his old username account transferred over to the new xbox one so when trying to redeem the game again it won't let us.

Do you know how we can sort this problem or would we need to buy the game again??

 

The other account is still on the console, yes?

Log into that one and go to Settings and then Home Xbox. Make this console that account's Home Xbox. The game should now be playable by all accounts on the console.

The game will still be owned by that new account, but as long as you're all on the same console it will not matter.
