Fifa 15

Hello.

So i bought a xbox one bundle today wich includes Fifa 15 (not the disc but a code to download it)

When i was setting up my Xbox One i had to choose wich country and language i have.

I am Dutch but i like english more for games so i chose english as language and as country i couldn't choose The Netherlands so i chose UK. (I had no idea that i must have my language on Dutch to be from the Netherlands.

So i redeemed my fifa code and downloaded it. Then i saw that Fifa 15 is going to be released tomorrow in the UK so i couldn't play it now. Then i switched language to Dutch and country to Netherlands and tried to download it again. I have downloaded it again
and now it says pre ordered (in Dutch ofc) and where play now is supposed to be it says buy now 70,00 Euros.

Is there any way i can still play it today?

Purchased this xbox one bundle with a fifa 15 download code , looking to sell the console , what happens with fifa 15 ?

Can the new buyer play fifa 15 or is it tied to my gamertag ??

 

Sorry but it looks as though you are stuck waiting for the release in the market you entered the code for. Also, it looks as though you may have pre-ordered the game and will be expected to pay 70 Euros when it is released so you may want to look into a
way to cancel that if possible.

 

Hello, I am from India & I have had same issue as Thijs mentioned. Somehow the game vanished while installing & now I cannot even find it in download history nor in my games & apps. Customer care for x-box didn't respond properly when asked for this query

 

Sorry to hear it. When you go to the game store on your console does it say install or buy? Have you gone to My Games and Apps and scrolled all the way to the right until you get to Ready to Install? If you purchased it on your account it should be available
there.

You can check all past purchases at commerce.microsoft.com. You should check all gamertags that you own just in case you purchased it on a different account.

If you find the payment for the item but still do not have access to it you will need to contact phone support for your area as only they can address billing issues.

cant play with fifa 15 FUT beacuse everyting what I do is serwer problems and come back to the menu please do something it's during 3 days!!!
