Fifa 15 Xbox One Achievement Glitched

Was trying to unlock the "Window Shopping" Achievement for the Xbox One on Fifa 15 but it has glitched. It involves purchasing a certain item from the ea sports football catalogue in-game, once you do this it will unlock the achievement. I did this but it
did not unlock, so I tried it again with another item that qualifies for the achievement.This did not work. I have now ran out of the items to purchase and therefore cannot unlock the achievement as once the item is purchased it cannot be purchased again.
I have contacted EA Sports customer support about this and they have gone through all the troubleshooting options with no success. They unfortunately cannot do anything to fix the issue and have told me to contact xbox support for them to unlock the achievement
on my account. So if anyone from xbox support could do this for me so i can get this achievement completed and hopefully complete the rest of the game.

My EA Support Case ID is [Mod Removed] so if you want to check that for info then you can.

I would like a prompt response as I am very disappointed with the response of the forum so far.

EA would be best placed to check this for you at
https://help.ea.com/contact-us which you should do by phone or web chat for an instant response. Email support can take a few days at most.

Also, EA and Microsoft don't share systems so Microsoft can't see your EA Support case ID, only EA Support can see that.

 

If you had read my post you will see that I have told by EA to contact xbox support about this already, so you telling me to go back to them for the 3rd time is not helping.

I would like help from support itself please not from gamers trying to assist.

Its not the only glitched FIFA 15 cheevo..

I've done a Toe poke at least 15 times, and today completed a online seasons (on the rise cheevo) and neither have popped.. Typical EA ..

 

Yeah it is ridiculous, but the worse thing is the support than you can get for these issues, which is extremely poor.

Still waiting on a response....

 

Hey there, crolladder! I'm very sorry to see that this achievement isn't popping for you! I checked out that achievement that you said you are trying to unlock, and it looks like the requirements are slightly different than you are stating.

Window Shopping Sign a Loan Player from the EAS FC Catalogue

According to Trueachievements, you need to loan a player and sign them to get this achievement. Please follow the instructions as stated on the Trueachievements
site and let us know how that goes! If it doesn't pop for you still, we will definitely want to look into what's going on here.

This is exactly what i have done and it's actually the same guide i have used, it's the same as any other out there as well. The problem is that once you have signed all of these players on the catalogue, you cannot sign them again, so when I went for the
achievement it never unlocked on any of the players....Which now means I cannot sign any more players.

It is probably best if you look into it and see what you can do.

Thanks for the clarification, crolladder! With that being the case, and with people earning the achievement as recently as today, my only other suggestion is to start a new game and attempt it again.

Once you have done that, post back and let us know your results! We'll go from there if that doesn't work for you.

 

Ok thanks for the suggestion but it's not a game save so I can't just start a new game. This achievement involves purchasing from the catalogue which is kept on the ea server,so for example call of duty keeps your multiplayer rank on their servers, it's
the same with fifa and it's ea sports servers.

In short that is impossible. Hopefully there is something you can do for me.

If this is kept on EA's servers, then you will need to contact them for further assistance with this. We are unable to access that. I would still suggest attempting a new game to see if that will resolve this issue. I am very sorry to see that we are unable
to get this resolved for you, but I do hope that EA can get you sorted out.

 

It was EA that told me to contact xbox support and said that they would unlock the achievement for me. So that's not going to help as there is nothing they can do.

 

I love this run around, I was told exactly the same thing. For Toe poke and On the rise, the EA support rep said it was an Microsoft issue as it is with their achievement system and that M/Soft should be able to unlock the achievements.

I also have the same issue with PES2015 unlocking achievements as well.. Konami also directed me back to M/Soft for resolution.
