Fifa 15 Xbox One Achievement Glitched

Was trying to unlock the "Window Shopping" Achievement for the Xbox One on Fifa 15 but it has glitched. It involves purchasing a certain item from the ea sports football catalogue in-game, once you do this it will unlock the achievement. I did this but it
did not unlock, so I tried it again with another item that qualifies for the achievement.This did not work. I have now ran out of the items to purchase and therefore cannot unlock the achievement as once the item is purchased it cannot be purchased again.
I have contacted EA Sports customer support about this and they have gone through all the troubleshooting options with no success. They unfortunately cannot do anything to fix the issue and have told me to contact xbox support for them to unlock the achievement
on my account. So if anyone from xbox support could do this for me so i can get this achievement completed and hopefully complete the rest of the game.

My EA Support Case ID is #15725826 so if you want to check that for info then you can.

I would like a prompt response as I am very disappointed with the response of the forum so far.

Ok thanks for the suggestion but it's not a game save so I can't just start a new game. This achievement involves purchasing from the catalogue which is kept on the ea server,so for example call of duty keeps your multiplayer rank on their servers, it's
the same with fifa and it's ea sports servers.

In short that is impossible. Hopefully there is something you can do for me.

I love this run around, I was told exactly the same thing. For Toe poke and On the rise, the EA support rep said it was an Microsoft issue as it is with their achievement system and that M/Soft should be able to unlock the achievements.

I also have the same issue with PES2015 unlocking achievements as well.. Konami also directed me back to M/Soft for resolution.

How did you attempt to contact Xbox Support? You've been waiting on the phone for a full week?

 

I don't know if that was a joke or you're being serious.Either way I am embarrassed....

I've been advised to post on the forums and contact the forum support agents by the xbox support itself, as they cannot solve my issue. But still no answer and this is the only way i can get a response.

lol. Well, it isn't in the right place here. This is just the game's forum section. No one reads this except for users/gamers like you and I.

 

So why have xbox support told me this is the right place to post it?

 

You got me? They consistently inform people to post here about things that they shouldn't post here about (i.e. Reporting players).

I've scored probably 50 Toe Poke goals and the achievement hasn't unlocked for it. I've given up hope for it.
