FIFA 15 - X and Y buttons do not work

This is probably an issue on the developers side, as far as I know there's no way to fix it.

Try contacting Electronic Arts.

For screenshots, I do Home Button + Y, for Video Captures I do Home Button + X. I've tried double tapping the guide button, but it will not work, no matter how long or short I select.

for now this happens only in Fifa 22 for me.

I dont think its a Fifa problem. Because if I connect the Controller with the Surface its working. I have tested it with three Controllers.

What I found out: On the opponent screen the Y Button is working. It's the only button.
