FIFA 15 redeem code for Xbox one

I have purchased a redeem code for Fifa 15 and have tryed to activate it countless time and have been unable to ever by useing the QR code or entering the code manually my Xbox keeps coming up with an error message saying something went wrong. give it another
try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at Xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. Which I have done and it says there is nothing wrong the error code is D12C22E8-C0B7-4D6F-94DF-6F843289BB16 what is going on?

I got the code from mmoga and the code is just for fifa 15 it says, so could the problem be that the normal fifa 15 is not available,only the holiday bundle,and i have to Waite for the normal fifa 15 to go back on the market before i can redeem my code

Where did you purchase the code from? Perhaps it was not properly activated at the point of sale.

I heard it could be due to having EA ACCESS?

 

Research for Purchase 1003 suggests a billing issue. Make sure your credit card and/or paypal info are correct and up to date.

 

anyone find a fix? tried everything nothing works :/

Guys get onto the chat with an advisor and ask them to cancel your ea access (you can reinstate it afterwards) and then use the code, should work, worked for me anyway.

If you dont have ea access....erm

 

Having same problem. Spent hour and a half on live chat with an advisor but they simply do not know whats wrong!! They said they will look into this and to keep trying the code.... this was 3 days ago but code still not working. I get the same error as mention
above. This is very annoying!!

They did not mention to remove EA access..... is there anyway i can do this without going on live chat again as i have spent hours trying to get this working?!?!?!

 

Go to Disc Management and select the app and press the Start button then choose Delete.

Hey guys, I've been seeing a lot of posts about this. It seems as though subscriptions to EA access are blocking the use of codes for some EA games. You'll need to contact phone support to cancel the service (if you have it), redeem the code then sign
up for EA Access again.
