Fifa 15 Preorder on Xbox One

Hi I preordered Fifa 15 on the Xbox One marketplace and ended up preloading. The reason i preordered it was because of the bonus 15 packs and Lionel Messi Loan. The problem is that once everything was downloaded and installed none of the bonuses were to
be found, so if anyone knows whats going on or how I am supposed to redeem those things it would be much appreciated.

I have the same problem and I know that we get the packs on a weekly basis! BUT I didn't get JUST ONE pack!

I contacted ea-support (3 days ago ) concerning this problem and they stated that microsoft should have released the pack codes. I informed Microsoft support on the same day but didn't get any response since.

It is now almost 3 weeks since the release and I have only received one gold pack as well. Is anyone on this thread STILL having this issue?
