Fifa 15 points not received...

Bought 1575 fifa 15 points at 7.50am 28/11/14, points have not been received but bank account been debited.

Spent most of yesterday trying to contact "EA contac"t without any joy, finally got through today and they say... "youve received and used them".

Now I know those points have not been received, so I asked where I can see the "proof" that I received, and spent, the points? They directed me to my xbox.com account.

All the xbox.com transaction history shows is that they've taken my money, not that I've received my goods! Any ideas on how I should approach this from here as they ended the chat session spouting about fraud and giving me warnings of closing my account!!!

It's only £11.99 but it's now become a point of principle!!

purchased Fifa 16 on the 10/09/15 and I have not received the code!

I really wish there was something we could do to help here. The first suggestion would be to have you call Xbox phone support but they will only direct you back to EA who you need to deal with in this matter.

19th fed 2015 attempted to buy fifa points, ea gave me error messages and to try again later so i kept on trying i found out on the 20th that i was charged 10 times but no fifa points, i only wanted to buy once.

i contacted xbox they confirmed that i was charged but ea are the ones who sort the problem out, so i went to ea they told i need my transaction history but theres a problem with xbox.co.uk and its not showing none of my transactions. i hope this problem
gets fixed because other wise ive been robbed blind by EA sports......£100+ pound sterling has been taken from my account and i only wanted to spend £10.79p

TAC, this is an older thread. For future reference it would be better to create a new one detailing your issue.

What you can do is log in to commerce.microsoft.com with your gamertag's info. From there you can get a screen shot of the info that EA needs.
