FIFA 15 PAL 60 issue

All my son's previous games have great graphics on PAL 50. Now he has FIFA 15 it only works with PAL 60 which is blurry. I think its a cable issue but would appreciate clarification before I buy one. We have an HD tv and the cable has three coloured at
one end. Thanks in advance.

Component HD AV lead and Panasonic Viera SMART TV issues

I have an old XBOX 360 Arcade which has served me well. I purchased FIFA 15 which will only play on PAL 60, not PAL 50. On PAL 60, my TV is blurry but playable (barely).

I purchased the official component HD AV lead and plugged everything in as instructed. However, my picture is now just black/grey fuzz.

Anyone any ideas how to resolve without buying a new XBOX?

My TV is very new. I had no issues when playing FIFA 14 and feel like l have wasted £40 on a game and another £10 on a lead.

pal 60

Hello and having a small problem at the moment. I'm using a slim xbox 360 and I got an old arcade game called Feeding Frenzy yesterday since it was on sale. I tried to play it today and it said I was running at pal 50 and the game only runs at pal 60. Normally
I would use my old cable to correct this but my old hd cable can't connect into this new xbox design. I have only ever used HDMI and I have looked around and only found old solutions so I'm hoping someone can help me set my 360 to Pal 60 and does Pal 60 actually
look any better?

From the sound of it you are using the standard definition cable. If your xbox has an hdmi connection, then buy the hdmi cable, and the graphics for the game will be much better.

it shows only two settings- PAL 50 or PAL 60 - and it's set to PAL 60.

I can't manually select what PAL/NTSC Signal to receive on the projector...it must detect the following signals that it can handle:

NTSC 60

PAL 50

PAL-M 60

PAL-N 50

PAL-60 60

NTSC4.43 60

itself... but it just does not like the PAL-60 from the Xbox 360?! (I thought PAL-60 was PAL-60 on every device?)

I've spoke to a guy from acer on there UK support site, and he can't help me, and suggested I let the "community" at Acer help me. My last hope is trying the HDMI to composite converter when It arrives and see if that works.

Unless I can find a definitive list of PAL-50 Xbox 360 games?? (anyone help on that front?)

I see FIFA 15 for $29.99, but every "bundle" with 16 is $60+. Perhaps it was on sale last week and you missed it?

Yes if you buy a Component or HDMI cable you'll be able to set the console to play at PAL 60.

Any HDMI cable will work, I have my 360 connected via a cable that cost me under £5 from a local computer store.

No difference between cables branded HDMI and HDMI AV. The latter two letter just get added by some to tell you it is for carrying audio and video.
