Fifa 15 Online Squads or Online Info Error

Some players are getting the error "There was a problem getting your online information, Please try again later" or "There was a problem downloading online squad, Please try again later" when trying to play Online Seasons or Fifa Ultimate Team.

In order to resolve this issue , you can follow the troubleshooting below :

In Main Menu of FIFA 15 -> Customize -> Profile -> Delete -> "Match Day Squad" and "Online Squad".

In Main Menu of FIFA 15 -> Customize -> Edit Teams -> Reset All Squads.

In Main Menu of FIFA 15 -> Customize -> Edit Teams -> Download Updates.

Then you can return to main menu and start the Online Seasons or FUT.

NOTE: By downloading if an error message, ignore it. After download and save, you can close and continue.

Fifa 15 Online Squads or Online Information Error

You should be able to manually check for squad updates from within the game menu. I am unsure of its exact location in FIFA 14, but it's usually found somewhere under My FIFA, FIFA Online or something similar.

Checking for the squad update should mean it will then update and you should not see this error anymore.

at the time you are downloading online squads, is 'cause you are downloading the REAL SQUADS according to fifa list.

Can we please get a response on how to fix this problem, I bought the disc version so now I can't return it and I would like to play the *** game.
