Fifa 15 online season problem

I can't seem to find anyone online when going onto online seasons. Is anyone else having issues with it ?

Fifa 15 game Freezes on "loading seasons information" after entering co-op seasons

I have an Xbox 360 console with fifa 15 as one of the games I play on my hard drive. I noticed that I can't play season or Co op season on the game anymore. When I enter into season the game freezes on "loading seasons information" and it won't work. I even
have to go back to dashboard to play fifa 15 again. Everything other feature in the game works except seasons. I tried deleted all fifa 15 save files and updates still not working. I even ask one of my friends with fifa 15 on there console to download my
profile and try it but it still not working. I deleted all my friends at one point to see if it would fix the problem but it still doesn't work. I also have fifa 16 and season works fine with that game. Only fifa 15 seasons is not working and it used to work
for me. Based on my analysis my profile is the problem, and am asking you if you can fix the problem of my fifa 15 season profile on your database or give me a fix for this problem. Again the problem is that my game freezes on "loading seasons information"
when I try to enter either Co op or single player season.

 

Fifa 15 Online Squads or Online Info Error

Some players are getting the error "There was a problem getting your online information, Please try again later" or "There was a problem downloading online squad, Please try again later" when trying to play Online Seasons or Fifa Ultimate Team.

In order to resolve this issue , you can follow the troubleshooting below :

In Main Menu of FIFA 15 -> Customize -> Profile -> Delete -> "Match Day Squad" and "Online Squad".

In Main Menu of FIFA 15 -> Customize -> Edit Teams -> Reset All Squads.

In Main Menu of FIFA 15 -> Customize -> Edit Teams -> Download Updates.

Then you can return to main menu and start the Online Seasons or FUT.

Ive had issues with getting friendlies to work properly but it worked last night so I'm hoping thats the end of it for me.

Ive reed that people are having issues with Virgin and Fifa 15 connecting to online matches that could be it. I am with Virgin and think that was causing the problem. Who is your ISP?

 

That's good DuvaDan hopefully we'll be able to play each other this week sometime, although I am a Virgin customer. Phil, I have seasons issues too - 6 times in a row I connected to an opponent only to be disconnected due to NAT issues even though the game
said my NAT was open. I hope it gets resolved soon.

 

My first instinct when fifa messes up is always to blame the EA servers.

 

Yeah MA71LDA ive not had any issues since our time trying so should fingers crossed be able to get the matches cracked out.

 

Every time I try and play seasons it comes up saying 'Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access this feature' why is it doing this?
