FIFA 15 not installing :(

I purchased FIFA 15 this morning and am still unable to install the game. I'm hoping someone can offer me some help here.

Whenever I begin trying to install the game it fails and says "Installation Stopped". It never reaches 0%.

I keep the disc in the tray, and I've reinserted it several times. I've done hard restarts, turn off and on my modem a few times already, done everything Xbox Support suggests and I still can't do anything. Any ideas?

I am having the same problem, stuck on 90% with no icon to cancel to start again! this I has been the case since last night and my son is getting frustrated!

 

Have you tried to install it while not connected to Xbox Live?

 

Try these and let me know if they help or not

1) Clear the persistent storage,

2) Disconnect from the network,

3) Uninstall the game (internal data, if possible)

4) Perform a hard reset on the console

5) Reinstall the game

6) After it has installed, connect back to the network

 

Nope, still doesn't install. It turns out I can't even install the demo either.

 

Haha I just restored factory settings and it's working now, how about Xbox Support sign me up?
