Fifa 15 - lagging and stuttering offline

Hi,

I got fifa 15 last week but have never had a good game!

During any mode of the game, I will lag on a kick-off, goal kick, corner kick, or free kick, it does this jittering thing on the screen where some players or the ball with jitter for a couple of seconds and then seem to catch up and then be completely normal,
I have an Xbox one but it's a brand new, how can I fix this?

I have forwarded all ports that are suggested!

It sounds like you've given just about every step we would normally recommend a try. There's an option to

Factory Reset your Xbox One without removing games and apps, but if that doesn't work, a full factory reset is going to be your best option.

 

Xbox offline lagging/stuttering

My Xbox One has been lagging and crashing while playing games offline. For example: Playing Minecraft, - both single-player and local-multiplayer - and the game will crash to the main menu after autosaving. Another example: Skyrim crashing at startup, or
taking 2-5 minutes to load. Another example: Pressing the home button to go to the Xbox Dashboard and the console freezing for a few minutes.

Now! This is only a problem when the Xbox is connected to the internet. When I disconnect the console from the internet there are no problems.

I have tried a few different solutions to fix it.

- Restarting System

- Unplugging system to reset cache

- Uninstalling/Reinstalling games

- Disconnecting/Reconnecting the Xbox’s internet connection

- Crying deeply hoping that the Xbox will feel bad for not working properly and fix itself

So far, none have worked.

I have not tried factory resetting the system, and it would be great if I didn’t have to.

 

I have the same problem. I contacted EA as I had read online about the PS4 and PC having the same issues but I can't find many with this problem on Xbox one. EA said they would have an update out within a few days to resolve this but as of yet there is nothing.

I have recorded videos of it happening as there are times it is horrendous and makes the game unplayable. Problem is its happening offline as well so any game mode really is unplayable.

I also notice a slight lag when watching fast moving TV through the Xbox and I have tried changing the MHz down to 50 as this is meant to solve that issue but that hasn't worked for me.

Any methods of fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem. Quite often, the image starts to jittering, it is independent of a network connection. Probably Fifa 15 is not very optimized. But It upsets, I bought a new console and now FPS in fifa 15 lower than fifa 15 on xbox 360.

 

I seem to have resolved the issue by changing a few settings in "Display & Sound" on the Xbox. I shared one of the videos I saved of it juddering with a friend and he told me that it ran smoothly on his Xbox so I changed my settings to the same as his.

Firstly I re-calibrated my TV settings. Once that was done under "Video Fidelity" I changed colour dept from 24 bits per pixel to 36 bits per pixel and ticked the box that says "allow 50mhz refresh rate."

This all seems to have helped FIFA but I still get a slight judder while watching a football match through the TV option on the Xbox.
