FIFA 15 Freezes on Loading

Hi

I've been playing Fifa 15 since it came out on my Xbox one. I now cant get past the loading page with Messi. The little arrow sticks after two or three times and then it returns to my dashboard. So far I've cleared my cache, rebooted the Xbox, uninstalled
and reinstalled and now opened up all the ports on my router. EA are being no help. Has anyone any advice?

Fifa 15 game Freezes on "loading seasons information" after entering co-op seasons

I have an Xbox 360 console with fifa 15 as one of the games I play on my hard drive. I noticed that I can't play season or Co op season on the game anymore. When I enter into season the game freezes on "loading seasons information" and it won't work. I even
have to go back to dashboard to play fifa 15 again. Everything other feature in the game works except seasons. I tried deleted all fifa 15 save files and updates still not working. I even ask one of my friends with fifa 15 on there console to download my
profile and try it but it still not working. I deleted all my friends at one point to see if it would fix the problem but it still doesn't work. I also have fifa 16 and season works fine with that game. Only fifa 15 seasons is not working and it used to work
for me. Based on my analysis my profile is the problem, and am asking you if you can fix the problem of my fifa 15 season profile on your database or give me a fix for this problem. Again the problem is that my game freezes on "loading seasons information"
when I try to enter either Co op or single player season.

Fifa freezes on messi screen when loading while im signed in xbox live if I sign out it loads then when im in fifa menu I sign back in and it freezes for ages then works but is very slow anyone know whats going on

Sorry to hear about the game issues, I can see how frustrating this issue could be. I see that you have tried rebooting and clearing cache, but I'd like to have you follow these specific steps which include unplugging the power. In the steps, I'll also have
you try a network test just to verify if there are any network issues or not.

• Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
• Unplug the power cable from the Xbox One console and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  
• Plug in and power on the Xbox One console.
• Navigate to Settings on the Xbox One Dashboard.
• Under the console group, select "Network".
• Under the Troubleshooting group, select Test Network Connection.

Hi I have had the same problem and tried all sorts to bypass it, I am now very frustrated as I feel I have been very patient yet have had no feedback and no one seems to be able to know how to fix it. Don't know how to clear the cache, but when I log in
with a different profile I have no problems yet when I try with mine is just freezes me out. Can some one please help, ie Xbox team I need help for over a week now
