FIFA 15 DISC

Ive heard of the fifa 15 digital copy issues people are experiencing. But I have the physical copy and it still tells me to insert the disc, why? I uninstalled it, but now Im reinstalling it, without even having to insert the disc again. So does this mean
Ill be able to play it without the disc now? Any other DVD works fine but its just fifa 15. Any help please? oh.. and Ive had this issue for a week now

Too late to edit but if they add Fifa again next year then it pays for itself because I sold my Fifa 15 disc for £20 when Fifa was added to the vault

I sold my Battlefield 4 disc for £25 which paid for the first year, then I sold my son's Fifa 15 disc when it was added to the vault for £35! Winner!!

 

Sorry to hear it. If you are reinstalling the game without the disc then odds are you've purchased a digital copy. Please double check your email for a receipt of payment from Microsoft or log in to commerce.microsoft.com to see your past purchases.

In the future, if you have trouble playing from a disc try heading to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray and click Clear Persistent Storage 3 times then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until the console shuts down.

 

Yeah I went to my local game store and purchased it, so how could I be installing it if my disc can't be read. After chatting with a support rep, they mentioned it was a known issue but Ive read its affecting digital copies only. So whats really going on..?

 

I got it working. I think its my disc drive, good thing I have a 3 yr warranty. Your rep. didnt know what he was talking about,the xbone is messed up. Thanks for nothing.
