FIFA 15 Digital Download Pre-Order Packs

I pre-ordered FIFA 15 and it came with an additional 9.5mb download which I presume was for the 15 free pre-order packs.

I downloaded the game in advance of release but not the additional download. Now that has disappeared from my Manage Game, Ready to Install tab and I have no free pack this week.

Can anybody help?

**Any player entitled to receive the 15 or 40 Gold Packs for pre-ordering FIFA 15 will see these packs in the FIFA Store on a weekly basis and not all at once.

It was a download from the Xbox market place. It wasn't an in game transaction.

I'm also having trouble getting the free FUT packs. Did you get this fixed?

Yes - I had to spend about 40 minutes in chat with an EA rep and eventually, once I had shown proof of purchase of the game, they gave me a code which credits me with a pack once a week for 15 weeks.
