Fifa 15 crashing at title screen, HELP

Welcome to the club . Imagine there are plenty of us with the same problem.

I think this is an EA issue and they need to help is sort this out.

Same for me too! With Maddden 15, nhl and Fifa and trials and the forza 2 demo!

I think there is nothing to delete because there is no data. I can't even get past the loading screen without the freezing and restart of my Xbox.

Hi Guys,

My Housemate had this problem and turned instant on to energy saving and then xbox off and on again and this has fixed the problem

This happens to alien isolation too but I dont wont to lose my data no way

No thanks for trying . Just think it might be cloud related but if I can't delete things from the cloud then I won't get very far.

No idea, sorry. Are you pressing the menu button (old start button) on the game first, then after selecting manage game pressing it again on your profile avatar? I'm not trying to be silly just making sure. I was only following instructions but this worked
for me and I'd tried EVERYTHING! Sorry if it's not sorting your problem

Issue is that the game starts up fine, gets to title screen showing "press A". After pressing A it connects to EA servers, however while displaying "retrieving data from server" the download icon at the bottom of the screen freezes, the game itself freezes
and about 3 or 4 seconds later crashes and returns to xbox dashboard.

This is only occurring when signed in as my gamertag "". When not signed into a profile it loads, and when signed in as my daughters profile it loads. The issue is also occurring when I disconnect my xbox from the internet, which is confusing
me somewhat.

I am getting no real help as EA don't seem to know what the problem is and xbox live chat support blamed EA. Please if somebody had any ideas, help!
