    Fifa 15 all my players have disappeared


    I bought $50 worth of microsoft points to buy fifa points. I used all of them to buy packs and and then a few days later all of the players i got in those packs and players i bought with my coins before all disappeared except the players i got in my free
    packs. Does anybody know why this happened? Please let me know

    Players disappeared

    When I started Fifa 15 today, some of my high rated players had disappeared from my ultimate team. They had not been on the transfer list and I did not get any coins on my account.

    What could have happened? Can anybody help?

    Players disappeared

    I redeemed my FIFA 15 game by using a QR card from Xbox one.

    Same issue here. I redeemed FIFA 15 today on my new xbox with the code bundled with the purchase.

    It first showed in the queue but then it disappeared altogether. Now I can't see the game anywhere.

    FIFA is launch in our side of world on 26th Sep.
