Fifa 15 & 16 Disc Unreadable

Discus and support Fifa 15 & 16 Disc Unreadable in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have had issues where Xbox One says Fifa 15 disc is unreadable. All others game load ok.     Fifa 15 & 16 Disc Unreadable


    I have had issues where Xbox One says Fifa 15 disc is unreadable. All others game load ok.

    Bought Fifa 16 & just the same issue. Tried a hard reset.

    Don't know what else to try!!

    Unreadable disc

    hi

    I have an Xbox 360 and my I can play my FIFA 16 and when still in game it shows unreadable disc message. I bought call of duty today and when the narrator starts speaking it also shows the unreadable disc message.

    I've tried clearing cache and cleaning the disc, all these don't work.

    I want my disc changed

    I've got a bit of a problem. Since a week I've been playing FIFA 15 on my Xbox 360, but today a round scratch appeared on the disc. The disc is unreadable and I want to get a new disc. Does anyone have an idea if, and if so, where I can get a new disc? Thank

    Super strange that it's only with these two games, but just to make we can narrow this down, let's try the

    Disc Drive troubleshooter     to see if that helps clear this up!

    Once you give the steps there a try, let us know know how it goes over here!

    No, that's not me playing fifa 15, that is my son playing with his friends game disc I assume. The 16 one on my list is the demo I have played.

    As i am paying for it i wanted to know if it was worth the extra £20+
