FIFA 15 - 0x87de07d1

Afternoon all,

I went to play FIFA 15 today and this code came up on my console. I've tried restarting, leaving it unplugged, etc but to no avail.

This is a day one console that came with FIFA 15 as part of the package so I never had a disc and have never had a problem playing the game until now.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Digital Version GTAV (0x87de07d1)

After updating today 18/02/15 the digital version of the games GTA5 and Dying Light on my xbox one no longer work, and exit this error 0x87DE07D1. Before today's games had worked quietly...

Thanks for the support message.

You have tried a console reset correct by holding the power button down for 10 seconds, and leaving it off for 30 seconds and turning it back on? If so, try to uninstall and then re-install the game. Is this the only game that causes this issue? Once
you delete the game and re-install it, be sure to restart your console by following the steps above.

I tried the console reset and that didn't work either.

If I uninstall it, how do I reinstall it? The code was on a card that came with the Xbox two years ago and has long gone.

This is the only game it happens on and something has changed recently as I was playing it two weeks ago, all the others work fine.

To re-install it, you just go back to the My Games & Apps tile on your console, scroll all the way to the right under "Ready to install" and select the game to re-install it.

Okay, I uninstalled it but it doesn't appear on the "Ready to install" list at all. Getting really peed off with this to be honest!
