FIFA 14 won't start

I've seen similar issues but not this one specifically.

I put the disc on Xbox 1, installed it and played some days without an issue.

Yesterday, I try to get into the game, it loads, passes the EA welcoming (It's in the game!) Get the screen with Messi and I pressed the A button.

Then the problem is that it never passes the next screen (I think that's the screen where it is suppose to contact the EA Servers). It just hangs with Messi on screen and the arrow pointing down loading.

I uninstalled the game, re installed it again, but it doesn't work. All other games I own are working, except for FIFA? Anyone seen this before?

ich habe fifa points gekauft und wollte fragen wie ich sie auf fifa 14 transverieren kann(habe beim ersten starten von fifa 14 aber schonmal points transveriert die meldung kommt aber nicht mehr)

The game is able to connect to EA servers, the I get the message saying the game will auto save, and then after pressing the A button is where it gets stuck.

Frustrating, 'cause I've been only able to play it a couple of times

 

I think I've posted this message 737 times now. Unplug your Xbox, plug it back, start Xbox, put in game disc and try again.

 

I'm sure I did that already, but I'll try it one more time today. Thanks

i have the same problem, but fifa 14 is a download-game (bundle). it will be started and i became a black screen after the "messi-screen".

i dont have the code from bundle... it is possible the game du reinstall without any code?

the game must be linked with the account - or??

xbox have problems with "social media and gamings" is there a context??

 

Yeah, same thing is happening to me as well. How did you get to uninstall it? For me, it's doing the same thing in the system settings, except its the circular xbox loading icon that keeps going.. nothing pops up in the saved data box, so the system wont
let me uninstall it.

 

I am experiencing the same issue game worked fine a few days ago and now stuck on Messi screen with arrow in the left corner. I tried to uninstall and that didn't do anything

 

I did a hard reset and that worked

 

Let me know if anything works. I have just purchased FIFA 14 last night on the xbox store and the installation has just stopped. I was able to play just, kickoff mode, but now I can't even do that. Just says it is queued. I've done a hard re start numerous
times and nothing has happened. Everywhere keeps saying to uninstall, however, it hasn't fully installed yet and no option is given for uninstall. Any info is appreciated.

 

This is total bull had the game since it came out all of a sudden i get this rubbish spoke to a nice enough lady on live help here still no joy hard reset(hold the button for 10sec) didnt work for me.Every other game is fine now i get told to contact EA
.It was the digital download i had so i uninstalled it then put it back on my hd same rubbish. Having looked around the web this is a well known problem some ppl will get it to work by doing the hard reset some ppl wont
