    FIFA 14 - Wont Connect To EA - Need an Origin Account


    We purchased an XBOX ONE with a downloadable copy of FIFA 14 which has worked fine until last night. Now we get a pop up saying 'unable to connect to the EA Servers due to Origin Account needed.

    I have searched the web for a solution and tried a few of them but nothing. I have downloaded the EA Origin account thing onto my laptop and still no luck.

    We have a gold membership which still has time on it and we are both in our 30s. It wont let us connect to Battlefield either. We are very frustrated now.

    Any help would be greatly received.

    Hi all,

    whats the problem with FIFA 14 my son can no longer connect to Ultimate team on his new xbox one?! Ive scoured the internet and apparently there are major issues with fifa 14, EA and the new origin accounts connecting. help please?!!! I know that this stupid
    13 age restriction with origin exists but even setting up a new account that is adult and creating an origin account to play fifa 14 doesn't connect HEEEEELP!

    hello I can not change the email of origin in fifa 14.se I access from PCs on client origin and try to connect (connect) my xbox live account to the account origin tells me that the account is used (connected) with another origin account. What should I do?

    Im pretty sure it will based on the fact that I use the same EA account on 360 and PS3

    No clue one the specifics of FIFA 14 and what will or wont carry over but I know they said FIFA 14 would cross over to X1 if you decided to buy it on 360 first

    im havin the same problem I bought 4000 points and it downloaded it but the points was put on my fifa 14 account.

    xbox and EA need to sort this out !!!!!!

    FIFA is an EA Sports game. EA servers have their own age restrictions. If the birthdate on your son's account is accurate and he's under 14, he will not be allowed to play FIFA online on that profile.
