Fifa 14 : Kinect is getting me sacked

playing Fifa 14 is now driving me to the point i cant stop swearing, Kinect is picking up the odd curse words that i may spurt out during a career game, but now i have had my final warnings and keep getting the sack.

can i stop this, switch it off cause it is driving me mental having to re load a game and try not to swear, its gone past the point of being funny, i can name plenty of managers that used colourful language and never got the sack lol, the legend Brian Clough,
would not have been amused



swearing on-line is one thing, swearing at a referee is another if you want to authenticate, but swearing and cursing in your own living space is completely different

Is fifa 15 worth getting or should I get Fifa 14 ?

 

managerial behaviour fifa 16 xbox 360

using xbox 360. just getting into fifa 16 and not even half way through my first managerial season and I have been sacked twice for my behaviour? what can I do to change my behaviour? I cannot find any options in the settings, please help, this is
getting annoying, thanks

 

You can turn it of in the fifa settings pause the game and there is settings for it in there

 

Was looking beyond the obvious answer

 

You can still make substitutions and change tactics with Kinect but you can change so the ref doesn't hear you

 

I can not see no settings for this?

[/quote]What sort of answer were you looking for then? This has been the case for the past 2 (FIFA 13 & 14) titles. If you don't want to disconnect the Kinect (you can do this when you first load up FIFA), than I guess the other obvious answer would be
to.... not swear.

You can always contact EA and ask them why they programmed their game like this.

 

The sort of answer i was not looking for was unplug it! The sort of answer i was hoping on was what @noobhed came up with but i cant seem to find the answer in the settings menu.

it is only an issue on FIFA 14 never had it on FIFA 13 (has a problem that is) was not aware of it to be honest

 

Sorted it! Felt there was something not right, thanks @noobhed you helped in the sense that made me realise this may be possible to sort out.

i turned off everything from the wall and turned my xbox back on, going back in to FIFA 14 i went in to the customise menu where all the settings, edit, profile blades are and came across the kinect settings, they were definitely not there before hence the
reason this was driving me mad as it was not a simple case of overlooking them, obviously FIFA had stopped showing the settings but was still communicating with the kinect

could this be another patch needed or am i a one off?

 

Sorry only just got back from work or I would of talked you through it glad it sorted now was doing my headin when it was happening to me and I wasn't even swearing think it was just picking up sound from the tv
