fifa 14 install problem 0x80073cf2

Hello,

I just bought one pack xbox with fifa 14 in dematerialized.

I took the codes but when I run the installation. It puts me in a queue and then instead of starting the download, the installation stops and it appears on the screen:

"Please try again. If this happens again, please let us know by entering 0x80073cf2 on xbox.com / errorhelp so that we can investigate."

I am connected wired via fiber optics.

ah so that's why I keep getting a notification to launch fifa 14! despite already playing it thought there may have been a problem with the install

 

I found the solution. It was uninstall and then restart the installation.

 

i cant install fifa at all, like if i choose install nothing happends. i bought fifa in the xbox store.

 

This is happening to me can someone plz tell me what to do

 

Please do the following steps:

Go to My Games and Apps and make sure the FIFA game is fully uninstalled

For Xbox One Go to Settings > Disc and Blu-ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage - clear it 3 times

Remove the account from the console - Go to Settings > on the right side, select REMOVE ACCOUNTS

Press and hold power button for 5 seconds. Once it's turned off, unplug the power cord at the back. Connect the power cord after 60 seconds.

Once back on the dashboard, sign back in to your profile and reinstall the game!

 

This happened to me too, and I solved by uninstall then re-install as roro3485 mentioned above.

Oops nevermind. Hadn't completed the uninstall. Worked great. Thx
