Fifa 14 Downloading issues

Hi peeps just got my Xbox one today. Got it all up and running with live gold. added my Fifa14 code and console accepted but did not download it.

I tried putting in code again and got the message This code has already been used.

Its not showing as a purchased game in my games/apps or even in the xbox.com account page,

Any ideas welcome.

When trying to update a game I get status code 4174 - 0000 - d080 - 0200 - 8007 - 0570

I'm having thx problem when downloading an update for fifa 14,anyone else having this with fifa?

 

What goes in the disc drive first (or perhaps gets downloaded first)

For me I will download FIFA 14, Forza 5 and then KI. If Crimson Dragon has a demo that will be next.

The only reason I will be downloading FIFA 14 before Forza 5 is that I imagine that FIFA 14 will be a smaller file size than Forza 5 so I can get to playing that a little faster than Forza (which should hopefully download while I play FIFA 14).

I suggest doing a power cycle of your console. After doing so, go to
My Games & Apps, highlight FIFA 14 (assuming it shows up), hit the menu button, and install the game. If it only gives you the
uninstall option, do that, then start from step 1 and repeat and hit
install.

Since you used a code, you can also look for the game in the Store, and hit
install.

 

Does it install faster offline ?
