FIFa 14 crashing back to dashboard

got fifa 14 with xb1 console as digital download. been playing happily since then....about 2 weeks after launch.



last nite i finished a match advianced throught the menus and expected to get back to the main career screen but instead went to dashboard.

didnt think much of it....booted the game up again and got to main screen....pressed A to start ...connection made to ea seervers ...retrieved information and just at the point you expect to get the main screen with tiles etc game crashed to dash again.



now i can boot game up and load my career and play the next match...but once match ends and u press advance to move on the game crashes back to dash...what is going on !!!?!?!??



here is the steps i have taken so far..



uninstalled game - power cycle and reinstall - NO FIX

deleted all game saves (incukding one that was about 7 seasons in!) start new career - NO FIX

deleted new game save and reinstalled fifa 14 - NO FIX

deleted anything to do with fifa from console (all game saves online and offline settings FUT settings catalouge settings etc) - NO FIX

reinstalled game and started up as if it was the first time it had been on the machine. still crashing back to dash after game and sice doing all this i have still got a crash during the menus!!



reading some posts here seen similar issues that recommend changing the arena player - done this - NO FIX



i did have fifa14 on xb360 and worked fine....got new console game worked fine until the evening of friday 17th Jan 2014

meant to be a new patch comming out but no idea when ....cant say i believe the xb1 is totally faultless either is it due to be patched?? get the feeling the xb1 is the problem causing the game to crash .....hasnt happened on forza or battlefield 4....tho
battlefield 4 has its own issues !!

FIFA 14 DASHBOARD CRASHING!!!!

I'm having the exact same problem after 3 weeks of fifa dashboarding every time I click 'start game' or sometimes even on the first screen! I sold all my ultimate team coins(2 million), gave up and bought battlefield 4 guess what? Exactly the same problem!
Dashboarding everytime I try and go in to any game of any type same as fifa then I'm flipping out, literally seconds away from smashing this worthless £500 piece of plastic (Xbox one) I look at my phone and see I've been selected for titanfall beta! This is
great news I put in my code,download it, start it bang straight away [MOD REMOVED] DASHBOARDED and again and again and again I can't take no more please please help me violent video games don't make people violent video games that don't work
do I've tried the cache reset more times than I can remember changed arena player etc if I don't get help soon I'm literally going to throw this sack of
[MOD REMOVED] machine out the window then [MOD REMOVED] then kill myself!

 

FIFA 14 DASHBOARD CRASHING!!!!

I previously only had this problem on BF4, however it has now progressed onto Fifa 14. The game is now unplayable, every online FUT seasons match i play, crashes to dashboard, i have persevered with it as much as my stress levels can take, but obviously
all these crashes count as a DNF and a loss, i have now been relegated three times, voiding all my hard work on the 360 version.

Any ideas on a fix, other than using it as a coaster?

Same problem for me. Been playing my career just fine last night when it tried to sim to next match, it crashes every time. Very frustrating. I don't want to delete and start a new career if the same thing is going to happen. BS

Xbox One Games forum. Over there you'll be more likely to find someone who can help diagnose the problem.
