    Fifa 14 crashes every time I launch it


    Over the past 2 days, I have had issues with Fifa 14 crashing to the dashboard when the game is starting up. The game loads, I connect to the EA servers then the screen goes black and crashes to the dashboard and the game closes. I restored my Xbox to
    factory settings, done a hard reboot and cleared the cache but none of these work.

    Avatars apps problem

    hello, I have problem with avatar apps. Every time if I try to go on avatars on the games and apps page my console crashes and reboot. What is the problem? The same thing happens when I try launch FIFA 14 (digital version), after start screen Xbox crashes
    and reboot, but LEGO Movie Videogame and others apps working. Any ideas??

    FIFA 14 problem

    Fifa 14 crashes every time I launch it

    Similar thing is happening to me. I can get the game to launch, but when I try to connect to drop-ins or play the FIFA World Cup Match (single player) it crashes to the dashboard. Wasn't sure if it was it was hardware related, but after reading your post,
    I think it is software related - possibly the latest update.

    I uninstalled FIFA 14 and reinstalled (took 3 hours...smh) which didn't solve the problem.

    Fixed it.

    I believe the update, which included the World Cup mode, corrupted files within my Profile. In addition to the crashes I was getting strange glitches, like 250 Attack, 250 Midfield, 0 Defense for teams in the friendlies menu. When I went to edit teams within
    customize only the 2014 World Cup teams were available. Below the International tab there was "*LeagueName_Abbr15_120".

    I went to my Profile and deleted deleted the World Cup file as well as Match Update and restarted FIFA. Played drop-ins and co-op seasons so far without any crashes.

    Can you provide steps on how to do this on an xbox one? I tried to go to settings, storage, manage game, etc but couldn't find an option anywhere to do what you said. Thanks!

    customise > edit teams > reset all squads > download updates , worked for me
