Fifa 14 constantly freezes during gameplay

Hi,

I just bought Fifa 14, and it constantly freezes during gameplay. Sometimes, it'll continue on with the game, and on other occasions, the entire Xbox will freeze. Every other game works perfect fine on the xbox, except this one (and it's brand new). I've
tried clearing the cache memory, deleting files and so on, nothing seems to work. I even installed all updates for Fifa and the Xbox.

Xbox1 Freezing

My Xbox1 constantly freezes during gameplay and takes days to download updates and games. Internet connection same as always been....have ordered an internet booster in case. Please help!

It can be a problem from the EA servers.

if you have more than 95 friends this can cause fifa to freeze I had it loads,as soon as I got rid of some friends hey presto no more freezing.hope this helps

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work, kindly uninstall and reinstall the game, TheHogNB.
