Fifa 14, 3 months live and £15 Microsoft credit

I was sent an email in December telling me that if I register my gamer tag on an xbox one before January 5th I would receive a digital copy of fifa 14, 3 month of xbox live and a £15 Microsoft voucher. I followed the link, registered my gamer tag, bought
my xbox one well before the 5th of January, and patiently waited until the 29th January to receive my email with my codes, but have received nothing. I have checked my spam folders and have gone through all emails from December and January. What do I do next?
Not sure if the promotion was from ea or Microsoft or both.

Never heard of this promotion... do you still have the original e-mail with this "promotion?"

 

Yes I still have the original email, have no idea how to post it tho, I kept it because I had a feeling I would never get it, and it was the final thing that made me order my xbox one, with the free game and items I was able to justify the price a little
easier.

Well that most certainly is a legitimate offer. I'd give it a little bit more time and if you don't hear anything then contact Microsoft Ireland since they are the ones who ran the promotion. www.microsoft.com/.../contact.html

I know they said codes would be sent out by 29/1/2014 and in an ideal world they would be but we do not live in an ideal world.

 

also having trouble with this, contacted support 3 times. 1st had no idea and advised me to contact EA, 2nd was really helpful and said id hear back within 24 hours, didn't. So contacted a 3rd time and the guy couldn't understand why I haven't got the codes
yet, then told me it was because I had to make a new profile, gave him the link from email to the promotion and then all of a sudden has "personally" escalated my claim to the advocacy team and should expect a DECSISION within 24/48 hours. decision? Give me
a break,
