Fifa 13 achievement not unlocking despite proof that requirements are met

Hey, I have opened around 100 FUT packs of all kinds in Fifa 13 but the Pack King achievement which says to open 50 packs does not unlock. I contacted EA and they confirmed that I purchased more than enough packs. They even send me an E-Mail with a list
of 75 packs I opened in the past 3 days alone. Why does the achievement not unlock? I've clearly met the requirements and have official proof for that in an E-Mail from EA. What can I do more? Is it possible for Xbox Live support to unlock this achievement
for me?

Achievements are not unlocking

Achievements are not unlocking, despite me fulfilling the requirements. I have followed the instructions on the relevant support thread, with no success. My last achievement unlocked 6/13/17. Other information, such as my level, and quests completed, are
not updating either

Certain achievements are not popping-up

The achievements "We Have the Technology" and "Party Crasher" are not unlocking even though I have met the requirements 100%. It also says when I have snapped the Achievements app: Done! Unlocking...

So what you do is first make sure you have tried phase one and two and if you are still having an issue go to Phase 3, fill out the survey and within 7 days someone will be in contact with you. Live support over the phone will not be able to help you but
these guys will. I hope it helps man.

This achievement had an issue before the remastered edition, where if you used the cheats and grabbed just a single Intel, it would null the achievement totally.

So Im assuming this is the same thing happening here.

Did you use the in game cheats at all during your time playing thus far?

the achievement that you say you met the requirements for should unlock the same happened to me they will unlock they just take awhile some can even take days

I've had this same issue with my Titanfall achievements. After a while, if you've met the achievement requirements, the achievement should automatically unlock after a few days or even after another patch comes out, but, eventually, it should automatically
unlock.

Since achievements are online related if Xbox Services are having issues then Unlocks may become delayed. More than likely you will get the unlock later once issues clear up. If you've met the requirements and there is not a known glitch causing the
achievement to not be unlockable.
