Fifa 13 / 15 and 17 all cut out after 2 mins play, All other games work perfectly

my son got fifa 17 for Christmas but like all his other fifa games they work for 2 mins then come up with Disc not readable. The games are all brand new and fifa 17 is now the 2nd brand new game.

The above only happens on Fifa games as all his other new games (Minecraft etc) work perfectly.

Any help would be much appreciated.

console saying unrecognized disc when trying to start playing fifa 13

I am having the same exact problem. All my other games play fine and Fifa 13 plays fine in different consoles but won't play in mine. So I don't see why it won't work.

 

XBOX will NOT read anything

i played FIFA earlier perfectly no problems disk working perfectly i then turn it off and go for Dinner i come back about 15 mins ago i put black ops 2 into the disk tray it does a whiring noise which cuts out then says "open disk tray " so i do and try
again same message i tried 3 games and 1 dvd all had the same message

any help
