    Hello søren hindkjær,

    Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

    I can see that you are having trouble accessing your car packs on your PC. This issue may be caused by a sync problem between your xcloud and your PC account. To fix this, please follow these steps:



    1. On your PC, open the Microsoft Store app and sign in with the same account you use on xcloud.

    2. Click on the three dots icon in the top right corner and select Downloads and updates.

    3. Click on Get updates and wait for the app to check for any available updates for your games and apps.

    4. If there are any updates for Forza Horizon 4, download and install them.

    5. Launch Forza Horizon 4 on your PC and check if your car packs are available.

    Please also perform DLC troubleshooting from the game developers.

    Will do. It has been quite some time for this bug.. I paid for game pass ultimate just to use xcloud for fh5.. And it ain't a good start.

    Is he playing fh5 over cloud?

    ,if so then yes he needs to install it locally

    I can't say for sure..however, I am fairly certain you should be able to access it early like the other platforms. Whilst I can't find any official mention of it, on Forza Support, the FH5 Known Issues page has an entry for XCloud which, whilst not related to your issue, would indicate people are playing it and encountering issues
