FH5 won't launch

Based on the description you posted, it seems that you have an issue with Xbox wherein even though you have your time and region correct you are still unable to launch Forz Horizon 5 that you have purchased from Microsoft Store.

• Were you able to launch this game before? And have you made any changes before this issue has occurred?

• Are you getting any error messages when you try to launch this specific game?

• Does the issue occur only on this specific game only?

• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Aside from the one's you have already mentioned?

Let's try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files. You can also try all the suggested troubleshooting steps from this link:

I installed Dishonored 2 and it works just fine.

I’ve reinstalled FH5 again, still won’t launch with the same error message.

Ive got the accounts right, tried to launch both games on both apps but nothing changed.

edit: tried launching a different game (minecraft) from the xbox app and it works, but fh5 and sot still dont. weird.
