FH5 download disappearing

Solution 1: My Game is Not Launching or is Crashing on PC – Forza Support (forzamotorsport.net) This link provides a multitude of troubleshooting steps you can attempt to try and resolve issues with installing or launching the game. I would scroll down and start with the reset of the Xbox App and Windows store.

Solution 2: Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode; this error could also be attributed to issues with the Microsoft store not recognizing your entitlement to the game. Would you please click on this link Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode | Xbox Support. Then scroll down and click on the drop-down arrow and look at the steps for How to enable offline play on your device.

Solution 3:

1. Open the Xbox APP
   
2. Sign out of the App
   
3. Then click install on Forza 5
   
4. You will see that no installation progress will start
   
5. Sign back into the App and see if the installation starts
   
6. You might also see an install update, and I would click on that
   

Sometimes you need to fix the connection with your account and Xbox services.

Solution 4: Troubleshoot game installations on a Windows device. Click on this link, scroll down to Still having problems, and follow the steps to reinstall the gaming services.

Solution 5: If all of the solutions provided do not resolve your problem, please click on this link Forza Support (forzamotorsport.net), and submit a ticket to Forza support, and they can further assist you in trying to fix these issues for you.

2. select About Support on the upper right side of the web page
   
3. Click on How to report a Bug and read some of the required information that they will need.
   
4. Scroll down and select Report a bug

What's the error code you're getting?
Is the same happening when you try to download other games?
Are you using Windows 10 or Windows 11?
What procedures you tried to fix this so far?

So I get the code 0x80070002 on the xbox app, and on the Microsoft store I only get "There's a problem on our end".

The only games I own on Microsofts platform is Forza Horizon 5 and Forza Horizon 4. And all the times I tried to download both Forza Horizon 5 and 4.
I am currently using Windows 11 but this problem happened on my old pc as well and that pc used Windows 10. Now I could sometimes download both Fh5 and Fh4 on my old pc but not on my new one!

I haven't tried any fix yet because I don't know any fixes

The thing is that I don't feel confident enough to do this and I just don't want to risk doing something wrong.
So no I don't feel like I will go to those lenghts just to download a video game
