FH5 Crashing and no help.

FH5 Will not work on my PC, It did the first install and then not sure what happened but it just crashes when I back out of the start menu. I reinstalled windows and the game several times! I rolled back drivers/tried new ones, tried WSRESET, tried using a different gpu, no luck! I Asked for refund and was denied, I was only a day late, I even called MS support but was told to reply to the email? no help at all! and now I'm stuck with a broke game, money down the drain, 4 days of my time waisted and no help because MS support is lacking! I'll never buy another MS product aging!

Hello Tyler, If you filled out the refund request form and your request was not approved, unfortunately we here in the community cannot help you with this matter.

The refund department is a separate offline department which can only be contacted via the email sent to you.

Unfortunately not even Xbox support can help you in cases like this.

I have several other games which I play without a single problem, only FH5 crashes.

Crashes

Crash - Crashes during free roam, tuning cars, applying upgrades due to memory issue causing loss of tunes, cars, or upgrades
Crash - Game may crash on launch for some players. Please see support article "My Game is Not Launching or is Crashing on PC"
Crash - Game may crash with the error message "The memory could not be read" (Date Updated: 10.04.22)

Yes sir, I did try that and once again right now.
Still nothing but the error in the event viewer changed, it's "0xc00000fd".

I also understand that FH5 crash can be for a lot of things so that's why I'm here.

Hi, Jesse. FH5 is not showing up in my app list. But it shows up in start search and when I right-click and go to app settings it just crashes.
