FH5 crashes whenever I try open it

hi all, recently I've been having issues when trying to start FH5 on my PC. I have tried to open FH4 on my PC, and it seems to run fine unlike FH5 will. what happens is I try to start the game (be it running as admin, through the start menu, through the Xbox app or through the Microsoft store) and I will get to the start screen, then I will get to the second smaller screen, then the game proceeds to close itself with no error message given. I have had task manager and event viewer open when trying to start the game, and on task manager it looks like the game ends itself and event viewer gives me no exception codes as they were called in the Forza support article. my PC meets or exceeds all the minimum required specs required for FH5 except for the CPU (I have an i5-3470 of which has been able to run the game before, as this issue has only cropped up recently) and I will be happy to provide a list of all my PC specs if asked to.

a list of the things I have tried (most of which can be found on this article https://support.forzamotorsport.net...My-Game-is-Not-Launching-or-is-Crashing-on-PC):

-restarting (this has happened many times)

-uninstalling and reinstalling
-running the game as admin
-updating windows (and checking for updates on the Microsoft store)

-resetting the MS store and FH5
-repairing FH5
-moving FH5 from the external drive I keep it on to my primary drive
-clean booting

-making sure that no other software is running as I start the game (to avoid software conflicts)

-setting the game to the highest priority in task manager

-disabling the game mode setting

-disabling development mode

-making sure the time/date on my PC is correct

-"Run the Microsoft Tool" as said in the Forza support article

-reinstalling visual C++

-installing Malwarebytes and checking for any viruses (in case they would interfere with the game for some weird reason)

if anyone could suggest any other ideas on how I could fix this, that would be greatly appreciated.

I've tried this, but no crash report is generated. I refresh event viewer after the game crashes, but nothing comes up.

Hi, my name is Fernando and I am an independent consultant for Microsoft products.

The first step I suggest to you is get the crash logs in the Event Viewer:

Press Windows and serach by "Event Viewer"

In the left panel select "Windows logs" and click in "Application"

You'll see the complete logs in the center window.

Clear the logs by right clicking the "Application" in the left panel, you'll see that the old logs will desapear.

Open the game again and a crash log will be generated.

Copy all the logs and create a ticket in the official Forza support site:

Thanks for the quick answer. I managed to find the Java folder and tried inserting the code on the latest version installation, but it gives me this error:

Your Java Runtime is incompatible. Please edit your installation to use the bundled Java Runtime.

I assume the Java version isn't compatible with the latest Minecraft version? However, when I tried with a 1.8.9 installation, I got another error. First it opens a Java code window and then it gives me this error on the launcher:

The game crashed: initializing game

Error: org.lwjgl.LWJGLException: Pixel format not accelerated

Thanks for the response. I tried following your recommendations, but quickly ran into a problem. I've looked and discovered that there's no Minecraft folder in Program Files (x86). Is this a true issue, or could there be an alternative location where a similar folder may have been created?

Hello. That means that your Java is installed on a different path. Please look for the path where you installed the "Java.exe"

You may check the default path C:/Program Files/Java
