    Hey Pete!

    Thanks for bringing this issue to us, Try clearing out the network card cache by doing the following:

    To clear the alternate MAC assuming you're on Xbox One and not PC it's

    Settings

    Network

    Network settings

    Advanced settings

    Alternate MAC address

    Select Clear and then Restart

    There might be a miscommunication between the account and the servers so try that and let us know how it goes!

    This is not really a FH4 problem but a Xbox problem. It is just that fh4 uses the same connection as xbox live and party connection

    It's an add-on for the FH4. If he has the ultimate edition I believe it's included. If not it can be purchased as part of the FH4 Expansions Bundle.

    If other games work normally, I think the problem should be FH4, it probably should have some corrupted file, or FH4 own error
