    Hi Microsoft,

    I wanted to know if, as I bought Forza Horizon 4 on a non Microsoft safe site, if the product key I bought is possible to deactivate and if I can reactivate it later on another Microsoft account. Because I'm actually boring more and more, and my friend would like to exchange Forza Horizon 4 product key for Minecraft one (I know it's not the same price but idc because he gifted other games before that).

    Beta product key issue

    Hello,

    You cannot use the same code again, however, what you will need to do is go to the other XBOX Live account and login to your XBOX Live Account (or recover it onto the other console) go to your Download History and you should see the Pre-Registration application.

    Download it on the other XBOX 360 and run it, wait for it to finish, and then wait for the dashboard update in the next
    3 business days or so.

    Download History can be found by navigating to the following:

    XBOX 360 Dashboard > Settings > Account >Download History.
