FH4 Not available - photos, blueprints, auctions, liveries - VIP

I don't know what does it mean being in the squad, sorry. I wasn't interested in the online competition, but still, someone gets my account dirt according to the Forza Support & Safety. So, I lost features like saving photos, buying in the auction house,
saving liveries, using other's blueprints, etc. What is Ingame year? Thank you

Brad, thank you very much for your kind response. I received some kind of answer from Forza Support and I am sad. I suspect my son abused my account without letting me know. I don't know how the thing will resolve in order for me to be able to save blueprints,
liveries, and photos, which I think are single-player features I now can't use, besides Auction House. Below are some parts of the correspondence:

Forza Support & Safety Team:

"This account's associated Windows PC were issued permanent suspensions for the use of unauthorized modification to obtain a large amount of/maximum credits, scoring, cars early (not available) and/or wheelspins. Should any account attempt to access this
game via the banned device, it will become locked from all non-strictly single-player content."

Zeljko:

"Thank you very much. I appreciate your vigor and kindness, and efforts. My deepest apologies. I will further investigate my son's logs and history to check if he abused my account in my absence without letting me know.

Would you, please, unblock this PC, and only THIS PC for my full enjoyment of the gameplay on this account? Or tell me for how long I must wait for full availability of the game's features?

I take full responsibility from now on, from this PC launching Forza Horizon 4. Just spare me the agonizing struggle about how I could afford a new game on the new account.

Yes, this is only in FH4. My NAT is moderate. I've looked around the internet on how to change Moderate/Strict to Open and well it's too complicated for me. FH4 is the only game I play on Microsoft store. I reinstalled the game 2-4 times and I played
online after reinstalling though one time out of those reinstallations didn't work. once again I can access Forza Livery's and auctions.
