FH4 keeps asking me to choose my graphics settings

Where are these settings for the Ori game (you asked "Does the game have the options to customize your graphic settings or, or does it let you choose between medium and high graphics.")?

I think in the game itself there are no settings like this.

Well it really depends on the local of the game. Every new FH game is better then the previous one but FH2 is about 70% better graphic then FH1 and FH3 is about 10% better graphic then FH2 but FH4 is 40% better graphic then FH3. But like I said it all depends
on the environment of the game. FH1 was in CO USA. FH2 was France and Italy. FH3 in Australia. And FH4 in the UK.

If had to choose I'd always go for story over graphics. I can't play a game for very long if I'm not captivated by either story or gameplay. Just good graphics will only keep me entertained for a very short amount of time.

I would say FH4 and AC Odissey, but the unpopular Anthem has stunning graphics too
