Fh4 fortune island

I would have to say Fortune Island for FH4.

If I'm not mistaken, he should be able to play the DLC too since it's installed. I'm not 100% sure when it comes to DLCs, but you may just have to make sure your profile is set as the Home for that console.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to load up your DLC.

Since this is something affecting your DLC only, I would suggest that you look through our support page entitled

Find your games and add-ons on Xbox One. It has some steps that you can use to try and recover it if you don't have it populate in game.

If that does not resolve the issue, then I would suggest removing and redownloading your account as outlined in

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One. That should load your profile back as up to date as possible.

Try doing a hard reset/power cycle on your console.

Do you have the Ultimate edition or did you purchase the DLC? If so then try going to dashboard then quit game and restart. You may need to power cycle your console too and/or clear cache (press and hold power button on console until it turns off).

If the above two ownership types don't apply to you then know that Fortune Island isn't included automatically with Game Pass standard edition so that is probably why it is sending you to the store page if you are just a Game Pass Forza Horizon 4 player.
