FH4- Feature is blocked per your Xbox Live parental control settings

When i try to go "Find new tunes" in forza 4 i only get the "Feature is blocked per your Xbox Live parental control settings". So i searched up how to fix it but every fix said that i needed an xbox one which i dont have. Any other solution?

Im playing FH4 on Windos but i cant use any online features. I have the ultimate edition if that helps. My account is a parent account. I get this message when i try (This feature is blocked per your Xbox Live parental control settings). I hope you can
help me.

 

Can't join forza Horizon 4 clubs

Same can`t play online either....

It just says "This feature is blocked per your Xbox live parental control settings.

Sorry to hear you are running into this with Forza Horizon 4

If you are not playing on the Xbox One I would assume you are playing on the Windows platform, is this correct?

Also if your account is a "Child" account you might want to take a look at the Parental Controls that have been placed on your account. You can always do this by going through the support article

"Set restrictions for your child on Windows 10 and Xbox One"

I just tried this and sadly this did not work. And yes you are correct, i am playing on a PC

We were able to find some more specific information on this specific issue straight from the

Forza motorsport Forums. Now it's not for the exact game but it is for the Forza Franchise so we hope this helps.

You would have to go through the Online Security & Safety and just make sure that the option labeled "you can see and share content" is set to "Everybody" and after switching this just try and restart your PC and then give it another try.

Im trying to go into the xbox settings on the website, but i only get sent to a guide that tells me how to do it. But when i try to get into that site that the guide tells me to go to i only get sent back

 

Please check family settings, you can have child restraints set in your console. If you have children, use a primary account that is primary and can change the settings to the family. And other profiles.

Thanks again for keeping us updated on the situation. Please try to sign into another Microsoft account, then add
the first account as an "Adult" family member. From there, try to see if it is possible to change the settings and save them this way.
Also, please try another device to see if it is possible to change the
Online Safety and Privacy Settings like
a phone, tablet, console etc.
