    FH4 Failed to resolve the server address


    I am having this problem with FH4, in the Xbox Beta app on windows, which is that I can't connect to any online servers for multiplayer lobbies or matches. I t says it is "Unable to join session." That it "Failed to resolve the server address."

    I have Been searching everywhere and I found out that in the Xbox live settings Teredo was "Unable to qualify" and my server state is "Blocked", so I started working from there. I have tried all kinds of CMD commands and I have port forwarded every port
    needed for Xbox live and Forza Horizon 4 to work.

    Still nothing.

    I have gone to great lengths and have been searching for multiple weeks now but I have come to an end of the list of troubleshooting guides and potential solutions. I am hoping that someone on these forums might have a solution for me.

    I don't want to jinx myself but I'm not having any problems yet but I have had the same server error in the past.

    I googled to see if there were any server problems at the moment and there seems to be as you're not the only one with the server error.

    Hello Pieteaah,

    I am sorry that you had this problem! First, I would like for you to go to the Settings on your Xbox. Then, Go to General > Network Settings. Next, Go to Advanced Settings, Then Head to DNS Settings. Set it to Automatic. Then Go to Alternate MAC address. Set
    that to Automatic. After this Restart your xbox. Head into FH4 and this should solve your problem. If you have anymore issues please resort to this Link where

    Unfortunately the issue has been going on for a couple of days now, but make sure you keep an eye on their Twitter page for updates and hopefully it will be resolved soon.
