    FH4 doesn't load progress


    hello. about a year ago i was playing fh4 on my pc completely fine via microsoft store. after 1 year i bought the steam version last day. but when i launch the game although it recognizes my account and details(roads driven, areas found etc. ) it starts the game from beginnings. can you help me at this? it's a huge disappointment for a huge fan.

    FH4 doesn't load progress

    The game doesn't support cross saves between the Microsoft version and Steam version. If you play through Steam, you'll have to start over.

    What game is it? If I were to take a guess, it'd be Forza Horizon 4... I had a similar issue. The initial loading screen took a very long time for me, the first time. It's still slow, but loads. I would recommend opening it up and letting it load.
    I got an error message the first time about it not being able to sync the profile, but upon loading up the world, it had my info and progress.

    If it's hot FH4, let us know and we can investigate further.

    Before performing the steps kindly quit the game then restart your PC to re-sync the game data and hopefully, we’ll be able to retrieve it.
