    FH3 Ultimate content not accessible in Store


    Hello there.

    I bought FH3 Ultimate on Amazon as Code card. I redeemed my code on the website and was able to download the game to my XBox One.

    But on the Windows Store the game only said "Already purchased" and "Manage". There was no option to install the game.

    This mornig though i had a new entry called Forza Horizon 3. No Standard, Deluxe or Ultimate next to it. I could install that game but all Ultimate features that i should have, aren't marked as "purchased".

    It seems that some reference between the purchase and the store aren't working as intended, when the game wasn't bought through the store directly.

    Is there anything i can do right now to get the content i paid for on my PC?

    All my Windows 10 devices fulfill the requirements to run/install the game.

    Cant find my Forza Horizon 3 download, not on my purchase list, nost in "my Games". bought on amazon

    I cant find my fh3 download. I bought it on Amazon, ultimate edition.

    I used the code but its not in my library. When i open the Store and search FH3 ultimate, it says i can buy it for 99€. But in the smaller Pics under the ultimate edition it says that i already own these apps.

    My Windows is updated.

    Forza Horizon 3, Microsoft Store and Windows 10 built in store differ?

    So i pre-order FH3: Ultimate from the Windows 10 built in store, am i eligible to recieve the 10$ gift code, plus the pre-order car that people who buy the game on Microsoft Store get?

    I would like to point, that i had a wheelspin and the VIP bonus did not apply to my prize. The "play anywhere" feature might be working, but that doesn't count for the whole content.

    When you bought it, did you have Game Pass? I ask as the version you bought does not seem to include Red Dead 2 Online, which is required (Story Mode acts like a DLC for Online) and RDR2 Online was on Game Pass at one point.

    Seems there are 2 "Ultimates"...the version you have (Ultimate Edition Content) which included Online content (skins, weapons and whatnot) and an actual ultimate Edition which includes Online:

    Note the following on that page:

    "Red Dead Online is required to play Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode and access Ultimate Edition Content."

    "Includes Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode, Red Dead Online, plus all Special and Ultimate Edition content."

    Im having a major issue here, paid $20 extra for the "glitched" edition. I bought ultimate edition of dying light in the xbox store, and it says I don't have access to any of the extra DLC content, when i go to "manage" in the ultimate edition nothing shows

    I have got the FH3+4 Ultimate Edition licence. I have installed it from the store but I cannot open it on the Xbox app. That's why I need to force-open it with the ProductID. I can't make a Horizon Group. To do so, I need to open the game on Xbox.
